I saw Paul for my engagement ring appraisal. I really appreciated him waiting for me since I got a flat tire right before my appointment. He took his time explaining the cost of the ring and what it takes to make a ring like mine and he seemed genuinely excited about explaining the process. He was fairly quick in his responses to me when I scheduled the appointment and was quick to send me the documents for my insurance. I really appreciate this experience because most professionals in jewelry talk down to people that don’t know anything about jewelry. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and will come back when I acquire more jewelry.

I called Paul to examine two rings I bought from a new jeweler. I wanted to confirm that they were as described when purchased. Paul was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the pre and post-lab-grown diamond market, the process of creating lab-grown diamonds, and how appraisals work. He could have recommended a full appraisal but was honest and fair and also explained why, in this case, it wasn’t necessary. After examining my rings and using sophisticated machinery, Paul verified that while they were good quality, one small stone was not as represented. I appreciated Paul’s wealth of knowledge, fairness, and the fact that he chose to give the benefit of the doubt to the original jeweler and not slander them. I will absolutely go back for any jewelry or appraisal needs. I would also trust him if I needed to sell any jewelry or metal serving ware. (p.s. The original jeweler confirmed the error and replaced the stone without any questions.)

I needed an appraisal for an engagement ring in order to put on my insurance personal articles policy. Paul was easy to get an appointment with and turned around the appraisal in about a day. Very professional. Would highly recommend. Parking is tricky in this area, so you might ask him the best place to park, as reserved parking for this building seems to be reserved for the CPA firm. Overall a great experience.
